It is time for a bigger RC airplane, than you have probably flown so far. P-51D Mustang with 1700mm wingspan features a number of scale details incl. functional position lights, overall realistic make with retractable 3 wheels of undercarriage or functional flaps. Big size, attractive look and good flight qualities predetermine this Giant P-51D for a monster restful air fighter, full of war adrenaline for a pilot well-experienced in flying with fast aerobatic model air planes.

EPP fuselage is equipped with brushless motor C5060-270, 85A ESC with SBEC and switched power stabilizer UBEC 6/10A to supply receiver and servos. It is also inclusive a scale spinner and a 4-leaf propeller.
EPP semi-symmetrical profile wing consists of 2 parts, joint by 2 fiberglass tubes. It is mounted with 4 screws to the bottom of the fuselage. Each aileron and flap is controlled with its metal-gear miniservo placed in the wing.

Horizontal tail part is screwed to fuselage, vertical part is then glued. Those tail parts are controlled by rods from metal-gear miniservos placed under canopy. Before the rods are connected to the moving parts of the wings and tail, it is highly recommended to make those parts move smoothly - by careful bowing up and down, left to right.

Landing gear is el. retractable with plastic doors controlled by independent servos. Coordination of landing gear movements is provided by electronic sequencer, which is included. To power this airplane, you need Li-Po rechargeable battery 3300 - 4000mAh, load capacity 25C at least and min. 6-channel RC set. To connect the receiver, follow the manual of your RC set - RC controlled are ailerons, flaps, rudder, elevator and motor speed.
