Hot-swappable battery

Innovative, durable and safe design for battery hot-swapping. The complete battery exchange takes less than 10 seconds.

Capacity 180 Wh; 18km range; Battery weighs only 1,9 kg, which make the board extremely portable.
Battery can be used as powerbank for external charging. Maximum output of 5V-2,1A; Thanks to the adaptive power output it can be used to charge the remote control as well

ESC 2.0 and smart lighting system

Innovative integrations of ESC into the base of the trucks provides robust and elegant design. Integrated front lights support, which are powered directly from battery and which can be controlled via the app. Integrated RGB rear lights system, which can be adjusted in the Exway app. (Rear lights are part of the package, front lights need to be purchased separately)

Deck design

8-16mm concave depth provides enough space for a comfortable stance and increases the gap between the wheels and the deck so they don't ever come into contact. The concave shape provides more stability and more safety during the ride. The deck consists of multiple layers of maple wood, between which are layers of fiberglass.

Custom made ESC

Innovative ESC integration into the base of the trucks – Elegant and technologically advanced design which improves heat dissipation.
Propriety manufacturing and CNC processes focus on durability, robustness and aesthetic quality of the components.

Inteligent battery

24 safety sensors connected to the ESC monitor every cell of the battery. Multilevel UL certified software and hardware for circuit protection. High-capacity 18650 cells with high-discharge capabilities provide high power and high rate of reliablity. Longterm storage automatically triggers low-power mode. Battery is hot-swappable and offer IP55 cover rating.

Trist trucks

Brand new Exway Trist trucks are made using proprietary forging and CNC technologies designed by the Exway engineer team. This makes the trucks more durable than generic cast-iron ones. T6 heat treatment provides high strength to the baseplates. Bushings are standard sized to allow for high compatibility. Hand-cast polyurethane pivot cup helps with shock absorption and stability. Virgin A352 aluminum alloy, kingpins from SCM435 steel alloy and SCM440 steel alloy shaft provide the highest strength.

Highly advanced Exway app

Three preset riding modes with the ability to control the way acceleration and brakes work allow for maximal enjoyment of the ride. Turbo mode with 38 km/h top speed. Choosing your current wheel size in the app will allow you to measure your range and speed more accurately. Furthermore you can turn on cruise control, freeride mode, change gears and more.
